What I treat

Three kinds of calls, most weeks

Most of my calls are one of these. If yours isn't, text a photo and I'll tell you.

  • Mice and rats

Find the way in, trap, and seal the gaps I can reach.

    Mice and rats
  • Ants and wasps

Trails, nests and the places they come back to.

    Ants and wasps
  • Fall bugs

Box elder bugs and cluster flies on the walls and in the attic.

A visit

What happens when I come

  1. 01
    At the door

    Step 1: I listen first

Where you saw it, since when, and what you've already tried.

  2. 02
    Outside

Step 2: I walk the outside

Foundation, doors, vents, the edge of the siding, and the sheds close to the house.

  3. 03
    Inside

Step 3: I look at the spots you showed me

Inside, where it matters, and only there.

  4. 04
    The quote

Step 4: I tell you what I found

What it is, how it got in, what I would do and what I wouldn't, and a written quote.

  5. 05
    The work

Step 5: I do the work if you say yes

I tell you where to keep children and animals out of, and for how long, and I follow the label.

How often

One visit, or a spring and fall pair

No contract, and you can stop any time.

  • One visit

For one problem: mice in the shop, a wasp nest by the door, ants in the kitchen.

    • I look, explain and quote

    • Seal and treat what I can reach

    • If it comes back in 60 days, text me

  • Spring and fall checks

For houses with a pattern: ants in May, mice in November.

    • A check each season, outside first

    • Seal new gaps as they open

    • Fall: before the first hard frost

A callback covers the same pest in the same place within 60 days of a visit. A new pest or spot is a new visit.

Start with a photo

I'll tell you what it is and whether it's worth a visit.
