Questions
What people ask first
How much does it cost?
It depends on the pest, the size of the house and outbuildings, how many visits it takes and how far I drive. I write the quote after I have looked, before I start, and you say yes or no. I don't quote a price from a photo.
Do I need to be home?
For the first visit, yes, or someone who knows where you saw it. After that, I can work outside while you're away if you tell me about gates, dogs and where to park.
Is it okay around my kids, pets and livestock?
I follow the product label every time, and I tell you where to keep children, dogs, cats and animals out and for how long. If you keep chickens, horses or a garden near the house, say so when you text and I will plan around them. Ask and I will name every product I use.
How long until I see a difference?
It varies. Ants usually slow within a couple of weeks, and mice depend on how many ways in there are. I tell you what to expect at the visit instead of promising a date.
What if they come back?
Text me. If the same pest comes back in the same place within 60 days of a visit, I come and look at no extra charge. A new pest or a new spot is a new visit, and a gap I could not reach is not covered.
Do you have a contract or plan?
No contract. Most people book one visit, and some book a spring check and a fall check. You can stop any time.
Do you handle termites or bed bugs?
No. Termites are uncommon in this part of Montana, and bed bugs need a firm set up for it. Text a photo and I will tell you what it looks like and who to call.
How soon can you come?
I read texts at the end of each field day, so you will hear from me that night or the next morning. Visits depend on where you are on my route and how busy the season is.
Still have one?
Text it. You'll hear back by the next morning.
